Absolute Enforcement is proud to announce that the company has been officially awarded the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Gold Award — the highest honour for organisations supporting the UK Armed Forces community.
The award was presented during the 2025 ERS Gold Award Ceremony held aboard HMS Belfast in London, where leading employers across the UK were recognised for their commitment to veterans, reservists, service leavers, and military families.
A Leading UK Employer Supporting Armed Forces Veterans
Absolute Enforcement continues to demonstrate strong, long-term support for ex-forces personnel. Many of our enforcement agents, operational staff, and internal team members are veterans of the British Army and wider Armed Forces, bringing invaluable experience, discipline, and operational skill to the enforcement industry.
Our Gold Award reflects our commitment to:
- Providing meaningful employment opportunities for veterans and service leavers
- Supporting Reservists, granting flexibility for training and deployment
- Delivering an inclusive, supportive environment for military families
- Actively promoting the Armed Forces Covenant across the enforcement and security sectors
Supporting the Transition from Military to Civilian Careers
We recognise the unique strengths and challenges faced by military personnel transitioning into civilian employment. Many of our certificated Enforcement Agents and operational staff are ex-Army or ex-Forces, bringing invaluable professionalism, discipline, and resilience.
We ensure all new military leavers entering our industry receive:
✔ Full Training and Certification
Every Enforcement Agent must achieve the Level 3 Certificate in Taking Control of Goods. Through our training partner EndeavourUK, service leavers can gain their level 3 qualification.
✔ Expert Instruction
Training is delivered by ex-military tutors who understand the skills and mindset of individuals coming from the Armed Forces.
✔ Administrative Support
EndeavourUK manages all court applications, certification paperwork and scheduling of hearings — streamlining the entire process.
✔ On-the-Job Mentoring
Once certified (typically within three months), new agents shadow experienced colleagues, gaining practical experience and ongoing professional support.
This structured approach ensures our ex-forces personnel enter the role confident, prepared, and supported.
Supporting the Next Generation
We are also in discussions with local Army Cadet units to provide support, guidance and potential pathways into future employment. By inspiring confidence and leadership in young people, we aim to help develop the next generation of skilled professionals.
Receiving the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award is a major milestone for Absolute Enforcement, highlighting our position as a leading UK employer committed to supporting the Armed Forces community within the High Court Enforcement and security services sectors.
