We achieved Silver Award!!!
Awarded by the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme.
Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme
The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. The scheme encompasses bronze, silver and gold awards for employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the armed forces community, and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.
The ERS is designed primarily to recognise private sector support although public sector organisations such as the emergency services, local authorities, NHS trusts and executive agencies are also eligible to be recognised.
These awards are a public recognition by the MOD of an employer’s efforts to pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to the armed forces community.

We are very proud to announce that Absolute Enforcement received the Silver Award which was presented to us at the awards ceremony last night, Thursday 25th November 2021, in Cambridge, at Madingley Hall, a beautiful 15th century grand building. We were delighted and proud to accept the ERS Silver Award for recognition of our support to the Armed Forces Community. In 2019 we at Absolute Enforcement was awarded the Bronze Award for the employer recognition scheme, now we have Silver, what could be next?
Look out gold award – here we come!
