Absolute Enforcement offers High Court Enforcement Services under the authority of two experienced Authorised Court Enforcement Officers formerly known as Sheriffs. This service allows us to act quickly for every client (creditor).
It is particularly ideal where the defendant has goods of value but is refusing to pay as the Sheriffs principal role, authorised by the Ministry of Justice, enables us to acquire the paperwork to enforce a variety of judgments, including outstanding sums of money, possession orders and other less common types of order.

How to obtain a County Court Judgement and High Court Enforcement Order:
Step 1: Do you have your debtors address?
If not, we offer a trace service. If there’s no address, there’s no fee.
Step 2 : Apply for a CCJ
If the debt is between £600 & £100k and against no more than 2 people or organisations, then a good tool is money claim online. We can also assist you with this.
Step 3: Transferring from County to High Court
Once you have the CCJ, you can instruct Absolute Enforcement to escalate this to High Court for Enforcement action.
Step 4: Enforcement of the High Court Writ
Once we have the Writ of Control, we will send a Notice of Enforcement letter to the debtor giving them a final chance to pay before our agents visit and enforce a High Court Writ
