Swift Resolution For Our Clients

Once the client has obtained the possession or money order and the permission to transfer to the High Court, we can have the Writ drawn up by our Authorised Court Enforcement Officers and sealed. We can then enforce if we know the defendant’s address often, within a few days of the client’s instruction.

  Absolute shambles more like!! I am NOT surprised to read the bad reviews as I have experiences the same shambles service! They have no desire to work for the claimant - took months to undertake each visit to the defendant in which time the defendant got them selves on the register to avoid having assets seized! They are a joke and wont take any responsibility for their lack of action! Need zero stars if I could - stay away for your own sanity...

  I cannot rate Absolute Enforcement Limited highly enough — I wish I could give them 10 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Polite, professional and, most importantly, they actually recovered all of my money from a very difficult individual when another leading debt collection agency and the court-appointed collector both failed.

From start to finish, they were fantastic. If you need help recovering money, look no further! I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Do NOT use this company. We used them for a (still) outstanding bill of £6,000 from tex-tenants. Despite asking the Absolute Enforcement Officers to visit the debtors new property outside of working hours, they visted 5x times during working hours and only once in the evening stating "its down to number of visits in the area as to what time they visit". We still have no resolution but we can pay another £520 for the next stage.  Was that their intention all along?

  I asked Absolute Enforcement to enforce a court order and recover a 10,000 pounds debt a year ago. They took about 300 pounds in advance but then they realized that they could not actually enforce the order, so they just went 3 times to the debtor's property over a year period, took some beautiful pictures of it and sent them to me. They claimed they knocked but there was no answer so they just left a notice and left the property without doing anything else. They did not keep proof of the notice they left either. At some point they mentioned the debtor had gone bankrupt and was evicted out of his property but they did not provide any evidence despite my requests. Today I received from them a confirmation email that they have to close the case and how sorry they are they failed to recover the debt! Most outrageous of all is that they are demanding an additional 90 pound fee to close the case! Not sure what this additional 90 pound fee and the 300 they took upfront cover...Ah...it must be for the beautiful pictures of the property they took and sent over!!! What a bunch of grifters that should be avoided at any cost!
I am planning to file a formal complaint against this company. They advertise they provide services they do not and take people's money without doing anything or adding any value.
