Enforcement Agent training for Military leavers
At Absolute Enforcement, we have a full understanding of the challenges faced when transitioning from military to civilian life. We have a large team of Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs), many of whom are also ex-military.
Absolute Enforcement want to ensure that you are fully aware of what is involved in a career as a certificated enforcement agent and we will make you aware of the key transferable skills from a career gained in the military and the ongoing benefits of a new role within the enforcement sector.
We require all our Enforcement Agents to be trained to Level 3 in Taking Control of Goods. Our partner company, EndeavourUK, is a registered learning provider for the MOD’s Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) which means you can use your ELCAS credits to access the Level 3 Certificate for Enforcement Agents Taking Control of Goods course. EndeavourUK’s ex-military tutors will ensure you have the knowledge to pass the course and their excellent admin team will deal with the paperwork for your court application and certification hearing.
The process, from application to certification can take around 3 months so please bear this is mind if you are coming up to your leaving date.
Once you have received your certification from the court, Absolute Enforcement will make sure you are partnered with an experienced Agent for on-road training and will offer varied work with on-going support.
