Due to the relaxation of government restrictions on Enforcement Agents entering residential properties and the ability to carry out evictions, this has meant that cases that were placed on hold are now being released for us to enforce. This will greatly increase our High Court workload and therefore the need for more, high quality, professional, Enforcement Agents (Bailiffs) will be needed.
